Knowing about the art of making red lentil soup

  • 200 g red lentils
  • One carrot

  • 1 tbsp. paprika (for serving)
  • 20-30 g butter (for serving)

The preparation technique

Follow the given steps to prepare the tasty red lentil soup out of these ingredients:

  • Peel one of each onion, carrot, and potato. In Parallel, chop two peeled garlic cloves, cut one tomato into quarters, make them into halves, and slice the chili pepper into half to remove the seeds out of it.
  • Weigh 200g of red lentils and rinse them properly in a container for 10-15 seconds. Repeat the process for few cycles to remove all of the dirt out of these.

  • Pour 1.5 liters of water on the fried contents and put down the lid to allow the same to simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Pour salt and pepper into the simmer and then put it in a blender for making out the puree.
  • Finally, melt 20-30 g of butter on low heat and add 1 tbsp of paprika. Mix the contents and pour them on the puree.
